Robert Maizel and Saffren & Weinberg continue to monitor the Coronavirus, COVID-19 outbreak as the health and safety of our clients and employees is foremost in our minds. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who are impacted by the virus as well as those who work to care for them. We know that local, state and national governments are working with the CDC to protect us from this outbreak.
At this time, our office is open and operating at full capacity.
We are moving your cases forward and will continue to protect your interests throughout the current crisis. We are and will remain available during normal business hours to address your questions and concerns. You may call or text me at 215-695-3000.
In the event that the city or other public officials determine the outbreak requires a brief office closure, you will be notified here on our website. Again, as always, you have my direct line and can contact me at 215-695-3000. Please keep in mind that currently several Courts have ceased all Jury Trials and Arbitrations, and have rescheduled all settlement and status conferences.
In an effort to protect our clients and employees, we are asking that if you have an appointment or an event scheduled in or with someone from our office, and you are feeling sick or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please let us know in advance. We will fully cooperate with you to reschedule any appointment at your convenience, speak to on the telephone, or even conduct a conference via Skype or FaceTime.
We currently face an unprecedented global health challenge, but we will rise up and defeat it together. I am here to fight for your rights and to offer counsel during this difficult time.
We are here for you,
